• Purpose: Querying blockchain block headers, monitoring destination wallets, and reading mempools (e.g. TonCenter, TronGrid, and default public nodes).
• Location: Globally distributed.

3. CLOUD PLATFORMS AND EDGE NETWORKS
• Purpose: Serving server compute environments, secure database hosting, and global edge request routing.
• Location: European Union / United States.

4. EXCHANGE RATE APIs AND ORACLES
• Purpose: Fetching public real-time cryptocurrency exchange rates (e.g. CoinGecko API) to compute USD-equivalent invoice values.
